In business, nothing is more important than keeping your customers happy. Regardless of the size of your company, if your consumers are unhappy, it will have a negative effect on your business, but small businesses are more vulnerable than most. To keep your customers happy, you need to offer the best possible courier service. If a delivery arrives late or damaged, it’s unlikely that the customer will return. If the courier is sub-par, it will reflect poorly on you, so you need to be very careful about who you choose.
